Full payment is required before any service is scheduled. No exceptions. Your worker is assigned only after payment is confirmed. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Custom services are invoiced via Stripe after review.

If you are not satisfied with your service, you must report it within 24 hours of service completion. CleanPoint may offer a resolution at its discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed after a service has been completed.
Clients agree not to hire, contact, or engage in any direct service arrangement with any cleaner connected through CleanPoint for a period of 12 months from the last booking. Violation may result in removal from the platform.
All services are performed by independent contractors, not employees of CleanPoint. Our agency coordinates and vets cleaners but does not directly employ them. Clients must provide a safe and accessible working environment.
CleanPoint is not liable for damages, losses, or incidents caused by independent contractors during service. Our agency serves as a coordination platform only.

Payments are processed every Friday for all completed and verified jobs from that week.
There are no same-day or instant payouts. All workers are paid on the weekly Friday schedule.
Client payments go to the CleanPoint business account first. Cleaner pay is distributed after verification every Friday.
To receive payment that Friday, ALL of the following must be true:

Job Completion Form must be submitted.
Job must be verified by CleanPoint.
Failure to submit the completion form will delay your payment to the following Friday.

Worker is an independent contractor, not an employee of CleanPoint.
Worker is solely responsible for all applicable taxes on income received. CleanPoint will issue a 1099 where required.
Worker agrees not to accept direct payment from clients or solicit clients for private arrangements outside CleanPoint. Violation results in immediate removal.
Worker agrees to maintain professional conduct, respect client property and privacy, communicate promptly about delays, and deliver quality service.
CleanPoint may remove workers for missed jobs, repeated complaints, unprofessional conduct, or violation of any term in this agreement.
By submitting a worker application and participating in the CleanPoint platform, worker agrees to all terms in this agreement.
